As an Executive Geek Virtual Assistant I have worked with businesses all over Canada and the U.S. Duties included but not limited to; Attending meetings in person or online, answering phones via Skype or IP Phone systems, website design and updates, Social Media layout & marketing, typing 65 w.p.m, general administrative tasks, data entry, online filings, calendar management, problem solving, CRM updates, online sales, online marketing including e-newsletters, website SEO, manage services to clients, and basic bookkeeping.

As a qualified Property Administrator, I have experience working in a fast past, high demand office directly with senior management. I have received training in total office procedures and etiquette, front desk and administrative duties, OH&S, audits, Fire Safety Maintenance Inspections, property notices, By-laws, Declarations, contracts, special assessments, estoppels, liens, and project management procedures.  I have had the opportunity to create a strong relationship with Fire Marshals, sprinkler, fire and backflow inspection companies, insurance companies, law firms, Registry of Condominiums Services NS, Board of Directors, HRM Water Commission, and snow and landscaping contractors.

As Executive Geek Virtual Assistant for the NB Oromocto & Area Chamber of Commerce I reported directly to the President & Board of Directors. For 8 years I organized and promoted events including Lunch & Learns, Gala Dinners, Golf Tournaments, AGM’s, The Premier and Base Commander Dinners all while building the membership from 60 to over 110 for the first time in its history.

Over 13 years, as owner of Activ8 Business I became a regional and national leader in Social Media Marketing possessing strong expertise in training and management in social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
